Another week where all clubs are represented, including a number of up and coming junior players:
Harry Woods (Vikings Mens A) GK – made two important flick saves to win the game and some exceptional saves throughout, keeping Vikings in the match.
Barnaby Phythian (Castletown Mens C) – defended well at left half and made some good decisions when in possession of the ball – one skillful run into Quins D was particularly eye catching.
Edward Field (Ramsey Mens A) – played the full match at the back, defending multiple Valkyrs attacks and short corners. Showed grit and determination to clinch the win for Ramsey.
Carter Kneale (Bacchas U15) – absolutely brilliant at centre back , great tackling and followed up with intelligent distribution… great performance
Georgie Higgins (Vikings Ladies B) – worked tirelessly in the middle creating chances from quick breaks and ball winning countless times especially in second half to win short corners
Jenny Lantry (Ramsey Ladies B) solid in defence at centre back and distributing the ball well all game.
Russell Miller (Valkyrs Mens B) – solid performance in midfield, controlling the game and creating multiple chances. Also scoring a great goal.
Olivia Shirley (Castletown U15s) – worked relentessly, supporting both attach and defence.
Cam Eyres (Ramsey Rogues & Rascals) – Controlled the game, up and down the pitch for 70 mins.
Alfie Swales (Harlequins Mens A) – covered a lot of ground in midfield and created many opportunities going forward
Lucas Adams (Valkyrs Mens A) – stepped up on his first team debut, holding the ball composed throughout the game and creating chances.
