Issues / Cancellations
If you encounter any issues—such as footballers being late off the pitch, damage to the pitch or lights, or problems with staff—please use the attached telephone numbers to contact staff.
Additionally, ensure that you notify the MHA Secretary of any issues, preferably by email, as soon as possible:

When reporting an issue, please include the following information and send photos if possible:
- Date
- Venue
- Time
- Who is using the pitch
- Description of the issue
If you need to cancel a session, please inform the pitch attendant (if you are on-site), the NSC Outdoor Office, and the MHA Secretary so it can be logged.
Timings at NSC & Regional pitches
Please be aware that all hirers must be off the pitch promptly at the end of their booking. This includes collecting items from the sidelines and vacating the pitch. If any hirers are still inside the pitch more than 5 minutes after the booking, a late finish charge of £30.00 will be applied to their booking.
Please advise the MHA Secretary of any issues with timings so we know before we get the email. We suggest noting the time when leaving the pitch area.
Balls over the fence at the NSC
The changing block roof tiles at the NSC have had repairs done due to balls going over (footballs and hockey). Therefore, please could Clubs / Coaches / Captains be mindful of which way you are doing drills. (I have been given a handful of balls, which have been found in the athletics side.)
