Back to the usual 11 players – well done to those nominated by their Club coaches or captains as Players of the Match and congratulations to all making the MHA Team of the Week.

Arabella Russell (Ramsey Rogues and Rascals U15) GK  – was kept busy but pulled multiple top saves to keep the scoreline down – save after save from the young keeper!

Sam Hassall (Bacchas Ladies A) – solid defensively, stayed composed under pressure and distributed the ball brilliantly across the back

Lewis Kneale – (Ramsey Mens A) – played solid game in defence making some key tackles and blocking shots also making some good passes to get Ramsey on the attack.

Steve Craine (Bacchas Mens C) – a sterling performance from the veteran player who stepped in to replace an injured team member. Despite the scoreline, he never gave up and kept going to the end.

Tara Mitchell (Castletown Ladies C) – a strong performance supporting the inners and creating strong attacking play.

Oli Christian (Bacchas Mens B) – set up both goals for his team, worked tirelessly and made good interceptions throughout the match.

Jake Phair (Vikings Mens B) – his first game back after being aboard, a really solid effort in the middle. Some great tackling leading to a number of attacking chances for Vikings.

Caleb Blakemore (Harlequins Mens A) showed some great pieces of skill in the middle and moved the ball around well. Deserved his 2 goals.

Imogen Corke (Valkyrs Ladies A) – was outstanding in midfield, controlling the tempo of the game and putting in a tireless performance throughout. 

Ela Blakemore (Harlequins Ladies A) – worked tirelessly in midfield all game, scored 2 goals, one a penalty flick and another from a brilliant solo effort.

Sam Spooner (Vikings Mens C) – for his outfield work rate.  Played up top, scoring a hat trick and assisting with one of the other goals.
